Are you interested in holding a special occasion under canvas or fancy a mini glamping break at home? Our beautiful Bell tents can be decorated in a range of themes that are tailored to suit your needs.

We strive to create the perfect pop up party and work with each client on a one-to-one basis to pitch your perfect party!

Pitch Your Perfect Party is based in Thaxted, Essex. We cover all local areas including Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow, Flitch Green, Braintree, Halstead and Bishop's Stortford.

What is Included?

Visit our 'package' section to get a full breakdown of everything included in all of our packages. Please feel free to get in touch if something is missing & we will see what we can do!

To ensure that you receive the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness, Duvets & Pillows are not provided.
How much space do I need?

For our 4 metre bell tents - You will need a level, natural lawn, with a circumference of no less than 5.5 metres.

Four our 5 metre bell tents - You will need a natural, level lawn, with a circumference of no less than 6.5 metres.
All we ask our customers to do is please check the size of your garden and ensure the space is free from obstacles to allow for guy ropes and safe set up.

As we need to use metal pins to secure the Bell Tent these are not suitable for artificial turf gardens.
Who will Install my tent?

We do everything for you. Whether you are hiring a Chill Out bell tent, or whether you choose one of our fully accessorised packages, we will arrive, set up the bell tent and dress it. You won't even know we are there. Installation takes up to 2 hours depending on your package.
How long does it take to install?

Installation takes up to 2 hours depending on your package.

Can I hire for more than one day?

Yes! It is £50.00 per additional night. (Subject to availability)
